Chief Financial Officer
As CFO for Oxygen Hospitality, David Valade is responsible for corporate financial planning, reporting, operational analysis and optimization, and treasury/risk management.
Prior to joining Oxygen Hospitality, David was accounting principal and tax manager at the firm Moffitt & Company, P.C. since 2003. He specialized in virtual CFO duties, corporate accounting and income tax preparation and planning for small and mid size companies throughout the United States. On a monthly basis, he oversaw the complete financial operations of 10 businesses and was responsible for the planning, preparation, supervision and review of over 500 corporate and individual tax returns. From 1999-2003 David worked in the automotive industry as a sales manager and finance director. He worked for the Van Tile and Penske Corporations. He opened the North Scottsdale Penske Autoplex. He has over 26 years of accounting and finance experience representing a plethora of companies. He is actively involved in various civic and charitable organizations.
David received his Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in finance and management from Arizona State University in 1999. He received his Post Baccalaureate in Accounting from Western International University in 2006.
