Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Ruth Seigel is responsible for overall marketing and brand initiatives, strategy and execution for Oxygen Hospitality. Ruth oversees corporate identity marketing with specific focus on the commercial real estate, hospitality, and financial/alternative investment vertical industries; and brand management for the Company’s hotel and management portfolio. She leads the execution of marketing and communications programs including public/media relations, websites, promotions, events, digital marketing, advertising, investor/partner relations and community outreach.
Ruth brings to Oxygen Hospitality proven customer centric marketing, drive and creativity to lead the Company’s marketing efforts as it continues its U.S. growth trajectory. Prior to Oxygen Hospitality, Ruth founded and successfully ran for two decades, RS Marketing & Associates, a strategic marketing and public relations consulting firm. She successfully served as marketing and communications strategist partnering with global public and entrepreneurial companies to implement messaging and effective programs for brand visibility and buzz. Results include clients garnering hundreds of local business and national industry awards, rankings and recognitions along extensive feature print and online coverage. Ruth’s expertise spans vertical industries including technology, commercial real estate, hospitality, financial investment, software development, networking / communications, e-commerce, disability, non-profit and more.
Ruth started her career in telecommunications working in various product management, product marketing and sales roles at GTE Communication Systems (division of Fortune 100 company GTE), AG Communications Systems (joint venture of AT&T and GTE) and Hypercom Network Systems.
Ruth earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University. In her free time, she plays golf and is traversing many roads and courses with her teenager with college golf aspirations.
